Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
- Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
- Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
- Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
- Dispensing medication
- Perform various ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of Customer Service (customer-facing) experience.
- Have a love for animals.
- Enjoy interacting with people and animals.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Able to commit shiftwork according to operational needs.
