Job Title: Accounts Assistant (ID8365)
Location: Lakeside, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3200
Job Description:
-Maintain and update the general ledger.
-Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
-Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
-Ensure proper documentation of financial data and compliance with internal policies.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Generate management reports to support decision-making.
-Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
-Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable.
-Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
-Assist in internal and external audits.
-Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
-Identify areas for cost savings and process efficiencies.
-Implement financial controls to minimize errors and risks.
Requirement:
-Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
-Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting roles, preferably in an SME.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamic accounting software. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.
