Morgan McKinley is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator for a 6-months contract with our client in the tech industry.
This role will join the PMO & Process (P&P) Team, a dynamic group managing programs and projects across the company’s Support and Commercial (GSC) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple process improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior executives and operations teams.
- Identify customer needs and key drivers to enhance satisfaction while achieving financial outcomes.
- Conduct business process mapping and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize improvement areas, craft strategies, and align recommendations with ongoing initiatives.
- Engage directly with country operations teams to address safety concerns and system issues, leveraging weekly review sessions for insights.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in project management and Six Sigma-related projects.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in process mapping and facilitating brainstorming sessions to develop solutions.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
