Duration: January 2025 – 31 March 2025
Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Mon-Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm (8.5 hours)
- Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm (8 hours)
Hourly Pay Rate: $10/hr
Job Description:
- Assist patients with Healthier SG enrolment and related tasks.
- Guide patients through HealthHub app enrolment (Singpass) or National CRM (no Singpass).
- Book Health Plan appointments (doctor and care coordinator).
- Manage patient queue in the Queue Management System (QMS).
- Answer queries about HealthierSG and collect enrolment data.
- Promote the Cares App, guiding patients through features like appointment management, video consults, and bill payment.
- Monitor HealthierSG collateral stock and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Min. 'N' / 'O' Levels / A level / Diploma in any courses
- No exp needed, training provided
