Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team in the operations department.
- Ensure seamless daily operations for air and sea freight shipments.
- Address challenges and resolve issues related to operations.
- Uphold discipline and professionalism within the department.
Requirements:
- Lead, manage and supervise staff
- Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Profound expertise in ocean and air freight industry.
- Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, airline protocols, and shipping line procedures.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
