Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 6-Month Contract (Subject to extension for 6-month)
Salary: Up to $ 2,500 per month
What you will be working on?
- Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
- Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public
- Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum O-level/A-Level/Diploma with experience in handling calls and members of the public.
