Project Executive (Cybersecurity)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in driving infocomm security initiatives. In this role, you will assist in the development, execution, and management of cybersecurity strategies and action plans, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale cybersecurity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CISO in overseeing the development, recommendation, and execution of infocomm security policies and strategies.
- Assist in managing cybersecurity projects, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and reviews (Web, Network, Mobile, Cloud).
- Collaborate with various departments and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity goals and objectives.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of cybersecurity projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on key milestones and outcomes.
- Prepare presentation slides and support in the delivery of presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that external partners and suppliers meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Support in preparing reports, status updates, and other project-related documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and technology risk management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity projects, or an eagerness to learn and grow in this field, is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
