Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
- Build and manage the content strategy roadmap, operations, and optimization to grow social campaigns and customer engagement
- Lead end-to-end campaign development for social media initiatives, from brief development to execution
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts that align with cultural moments and business priorities.
- Ideate and create high quality and engaging content that raises the awareness for the brand.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive proximity between company and customers through products, events, and brand partners.
- Analyze social media metrics and consumer insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and report to leadership.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with minimum 5+ years of professional marketing and social media experience
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Proficiency in video editing software and social media content creation tools
- Experience with Excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in SQL and query writing
