We are looking for a dynamic individual who challenges the status quo and excels in handling stakeholders to join a leading MNC as a Human Resource Executive. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, enhance, and design new HR protocols and processes
- Conduct audit for HR department, assess potential risks, and provide solutions to resolve and minimize any identified challenges
- Work closely with HR and other teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective measures
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance
- Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Key Requirements:
- Degree in human resource, business administration, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally handling policies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
