Job Description
- Project Planning -Define project goals and objectives and Develop project scope and work breakdown structure
- Create project timelines and schedule
- Identify required resources and budget
- Identify key stakeholders
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Conduct regular project status meetings
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify potential risks and issues and Develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and update risk assessments throughout the project
- Establish quality standards and metrics and Implement quality assurance processes
- Develop and manage project budget and Track expenses and allocate resources efficiently
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Oversee day-to-day project activities
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Address and resolve issues as they arise
- Select and manage external vendors and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements
- Prepare regular project status reports and Maintain project documentation and records Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Ensure all deliverables are completed and accepted
- Formally close the project and release resources
- Stay updated on project management best practices
- Implement process improvements
- Contribute to organizational project management standards
