Our client is a sport education center. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Stay informed on marketing trends, conduct competitive analysis, and explore new digital platforms and communication techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that drive business growth.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, email, and content marketing.
- Work with external vendors and media agencies on campaign execution.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Create campaign assets for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Develop monthly/quarterly social media plans and advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the social content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and post engaging content; capture photos and videos of gymnasts as needed.
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
