Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft process improvement initiatives to enhance occupational safety, product quality, energy efficiency, production capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement process improvement projects using the Management of Change system and/or Non-Regular Work system.
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to coordinate, plan, and execute new grade trial runs, including overseeing trial operations and evaluations.
- Monitor process performance and key parameters to identify and mitigate risks that may impact plant stability, safety, or product quality.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting process-related issues, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of safety and quality standards by participating in relevant studies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
Requirements:
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Safety Case Regime is essential.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
- Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and SS651 standards.
- Familiarity with IEC 61511 standards is an advantage.
