Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance during shifts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to analyze and resolve recurring equipment problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
- Provide detailed shift reports and escalate critical issues to supervisors as needed.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety audits and training sessions as required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to equipment performance and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting. Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and handle shift schedules.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Physical fitness to handle maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
