Job Responsibilities
- Participate in improvement initiatives and team-building activities within customer service and across functional areas of core integration.
- Accurately process high volumes of part orders and service requests.
- Determine pricing for part orders/returns considering multiple factors like currency rates and customer discounts.
- Ensure accurate cost and revenue account alignment for parts, labor, and expenses.
- Decide on shipping methods based on part specifications, contracts, and issue severity.
- Act as a liaison with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain professionalism in relationships with team, customers, and colleagues.
- Handle personal responsibilities promptly and with excellent customer service.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support / orderfulfilment
