Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and oversee design drawings using advanced design tools such as BIM, Rhino, Grasshopper, and CAD technologies.
- Ensure the compatibility of all models and facilitate seamless access to BIM data for all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design deliverables align with project requirements and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance on design processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in design tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with design file formats and platforms such as DGN, DWF, IFC, and MicroStation is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant educational background in architecture, design, or a related field.
