Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation: Develop precise and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering plans.
- Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys to assess requirements for accurate quotations and participate in tender briefings.
- Budget Management: Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and documented effectively.
- Tender Documentation: Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Tender Evaluation: Review and analyze tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering, security systems industry, or tendering processes for M&E projects is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Singapore.
