Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities involve actively participating in childcare and overseeing class management.
- Providing care and guidance in early childhood education
- Conducting health checks for the children
- Communicating with and conducting meetings with parents
- Preparing the class and handling other related tasks
Requirements :
- Candidates should have prior experience as a nursery teacher or kindergarten teacher.
- Possession of a kindergarten teacher's license or childcare qualification is a MUST.
- Individuals capable of offering detailed and attentive support.
- Those who can genuinely address the wishes and concerns of parents regarding their children
- Candidates with experience in Japanese kindergartens are strongly preferred.
