Your Role:
- Talent Advisor: Guide clients on strategic talent acquisition and management within accounting, finance, and strategy functions.
- Career Advisor: Provide candidates with tailored career advice, from evaluating aspirations to managing offers and onboarding.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand your portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with a preference for backgrounds in fast-paced industries like commodities or Big 4 firms.
- Skills: Highly driven, entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication, and a knack for relationship building.
- Traits: Thrive in a collaborative, integrity-driven environment with a passion for influencing and strategising.
