Working hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday), 9.00am – 6.00pm (Friday)
Salary: $18 per hour
Contract duration: 6 months (possibility to extension)
Job Description:
- You will work with the team to deliver world class, high impact content.
- In addition, you will support the events organising committee in a secretariat/ administrative role such as but not limited to scheduling meetings with internal and external parties, preparing for meetings (presentation decks) and taking minutes etc.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in related sectors such as meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions and/or events management background would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
