- Manage, define and implement IT infrastructure projects and the quality and progress of these projects to ensure on time, effective project outcomes
- Leading the Service and Technical delivery teams in day-to-day operations matters and ensuring services are delivered with pride and sustainable model to meet our SLA deliverables
- To ensure the project tasks are monitor, track and complete on time and negotiate with the customer if there is any delay or/and gaps
- Manage internal project team members and external vendor or/and partners
- Providing management and operations report
- Making strategic and tactical plans in alignment of delivery to meet the contractual obligation to our customers
