Job Scope:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities locally
- Implementing strategic plans to meet revenue targets and explore emerging markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored logistics solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Maintain close contact with customers regularly in order to build a strong rapport for more business support and market intelligence
- Prepare competitive quotations and proposals
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager
- Achieve individual sales targets and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Provide support to the Operations Team when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business and/or related field
- 3-4 years of strong hunting sales and business development experiences in the Freight Forwarding / Logistic / Shipping industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in hunting responsibilities
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and effective negotiation skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast paced, target oriented environment.
