Responsibilities

Partnership Management:

  • Develop new partnerships and maintain relationships with existing partners.

Market Understanding:

  • Understand customer needs to effectively sell company products.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with support, management, and marketing / sales / technical team for customer satisfaction.

Communication Bridge:

  • Act as a liaison between customers/partners and the marketing /sales / technical team.

Performance Tracking:

  • Assess partner needs and monitor performance regularly for satisfaction.

Sales Coordination:

  • Collaborate with different sales channels to prevent conflicts and maximize sales.

Sales Management:

  • Manage sales funnels, forecast opportunities, and run sales/marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • B2b / Channel sales experience with Home Appliances channel sales contacts in Singapore
