Operation Assistant/ Executive

Responsibilities

  • Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries and returns of customer orders for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc).
  • Picking and packing orders correctly and adhering to packing guidelines.
  • Monitoring inventory and request for stocks when necessary.
  • Process sales orders and monitor progress.
  • Monitor and/or resolve sales order issues such as order variation, amendments and updates.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update sales team on order and delivery status.
  • General admin duties

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing / Business/ Supply Chain Other relevant courses is a plus
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
  • Candidates with prior working knowledge of MS Navision will have an advantage
