Responsibilities
- Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries and returns of customer orders for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc).
- Picking and packing orders correctly and adhering to packing guidelines.
- Monitoring inventory and request for stocks when necessary.
- Process sales orders and monitor progress.
- Monitor and/or resolve sales order issues such as order variation, amendments and updates.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update sales team on order and delivery status.
- General admin duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing / Business/ Supply Chain Other relevant courses is a plus
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to details
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
- Candidates with prior working knowledge of MS Navision will have an advantage
