Job Description:
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
• Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
• Update assigned purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
• Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
• Assist in maintaining information to the Global Purchasing Database.
• Assist buyers in projects coordination.
• Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing setting
