- Oversee procurement processes for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.
- Assess alternatives based on cost, quality, durability, and environmental impact.
- Source, purchase, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, maintain cost databases, and generate procurement reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, service providers, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Organize and maintain project-related documents like contracts and reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Process invoices, track vendor payments, and maintain expense records.
- Act as a contact point for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
- Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills
- Project admin experience in a plus point
