Job Responsibilities:
- Casework management and support with biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment & intervention
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to refer patients to suitable programmes for financial assistance.
- Participate or assist in developing, conducting and evaluating patients’ support groups and community outreach programmes.
- Deliver psychoeducation to patients, families, staff and members of the public through workshops & seminars.
- Participate in organization/department initiatives and projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work/ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work with 2 years of social work experience
- Candidates with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling will have an added advantage
- Effective clinical skills in assessment, intervention, casework and counselling
