- Position :Customer Service Officer (NO EXP REQ - Freight Forwarding)
- Location : Near Jurong East MRT
- Working hours : 5.25 days work week: Monday- Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm / Alternate Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 basic + Variable Bonus + Medical + Dental (cap at $750 per year)
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ shipments.
- Co-ordinate & Liaise with vendors between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
- Provide support to sale department
- Liaise with clients n vendors to process and execute jobs
- Documentation and invoicing
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Diploma in Logistic / relevant discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years related experiences may be considered.
- Candidate without experience is welcome as FULL TRAINING provided
