Requirement
• Diploma / Professional qualification in Business Administration
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Knowledge in Work Passes Application is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters.
• Provide support to the team
• Liaise with our vendors, agency etc.
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of the office.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Arrange couriers, order stationery, stock up pantry items, open letter box.
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office
operations.
• Taking minutes and keeping track of job tasks
• Managing international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, transfers and collating travel itineraries
• Coordinating internal and external meetings with business partners and clients
• Assisting in updating monthly reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
