MODEL & STANDARD:
- Ensure BIM Team follows LCBC BIM Guide & Standards
- Ensure BIM Team follows the Project (specific) BEP on naming, linkview, folder & file structure
- Advise BIM Team on the best methedology for modelling
COORDINATION:
- Establish the Master Drawing List and shop drawing schedule submission
- Schedule work for the BIM Team
- Ensure BIM Team has the latest updated information to prepare the LC shop drawings
- Review and highlight any non-compliance issues with regulatory authorities’ requirements
- To ensure all subcontractors' shop drawings information are incorporated into LCBC shop drawings before submission for approval
- Track and monitor LC shop drawings submission statues and ensure approval are obtain for work to proceed on site
- Coordinate subcontractors' details to ensure workability
- Prepare weekly Clash Detection Reports
- Ensure resolution and model is update correctly
- Attend Technical and BIM Coordination Meetings
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting for BIM Coordination Meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience
- Proficient in Revit / AECOsim / Navisworks
- Good understanding of other trades
