Responsibilities
- Inspect and test incoming and outgoing parts according to established procedures and maintain quality records.
- Report quality issues to the QA Manager and relevant department heads, ensuring non-conforming products are separated.
- Authorize the rejection of unsatisfactory parts and approve the release of conforming parts for delivery.
- Perform routine factory tests on switchboards and oversee testing and commissioning on-site or aboard vessels.
- Assist in achieving quality objectives, recommend solutions for issues, and verify their implementation.
- Ensure safety compliance, proper calibration of instruments, and maintain good housekeeping in the QA Department.
Requirements
- Min ITE/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
