- Generate service and spare parts quotations based on customer inquiries and needs.
- Carry out service tasks, including performing repairs and commissioning of gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS both in-house and at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and offer recommendations for analyzer issues, ensuring solutions comply with company's standard procedures and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing them with ongoing technical and service support.
- Collaborate with customers to address service-related concerns and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Assist the project team in executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
- Identify new opportunities to expand preventive maintenance and service contract offerings.
- Provide training on product usage and features to end users and distributors.
