- Reporting to Managing Director/ Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in the country
- Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in Singapore and the region
- Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio
- Ensure individual sales targets are met, and to consistently seek for growth
- Responsible for P&L
- To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team’s dynamics
- Monitor and analyze market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode
- Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required.

- Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment
- Good business acumen and an achievement mindset
- Proven sales record, results/KPI driven
