- Prepare and provide service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Carry out service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
- Troubleshoot analyzer issues and offer solutions to customers in line with company’s standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service support.
- Collaborate with customers to address service-related concerns and provide technical solutions.
- Assist the project team with conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
- Identify new opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts and other service agreements.
- Provide product training and support to end users and distributors.
