Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls, enquiries and emails on policy cases and requests
- Support the team with administrative duties
- Deliver consistent and excellent customer experiences across multiple channels (hotlines, emails, portals etc)
- Work with the team to meet the stipulated service levels
- Comply with internal policies and procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office
