Job Scope:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion across multiple sectors, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
- Establish and maintain best practices focused on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Lead cost management initiatives and ensure financial accountability in all project activities.
- Collaborate with Procurement to optimize project procurement strategies and ensure the selection of high-quality materials and services.
- Supervise commissioning processes to ensure systems meet operational and performance criteria before handover.
- Implement risk management practices to identify, mitigate, and manage construction risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, business conduct, and ethics policies.
- Identify risks and challenges that may impact project outcomes and develop realistic delivery plans to meet objectives.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Invest in coaching and mentoring team members to support their professional development.
Job Requirement:
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with Professional Certificate in Project Management will be a bonus
- Experience handling projects in Electrical is a mandatory for this role (Any Industry are welcome to apply!)
