- Oversee the operations department & leading a team of 10+ staff members.
- Ensure smooth daily operations for both air and sea shipments.
- Address and resolve operational challenges and issues effectively.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the operations team.
- Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Customs, airlines, and shipping lines.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, independence, and a proactive work approach.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Have at least 1 year of managerial or team lead experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Be familiar with import and export processes for both air and sea shipments.
