- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to providing post-sale support.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, working closely with technical and R&D departments to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Contribute to business development by identifying market trends and growth opportunities within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring alignment on terms and conditions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Analyze sales data and costs to monitor performance and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports for management review.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain and update client contact information and records.
- Support marketing efforts by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products will address client needs and requirements.
- Offer pre-sales technical assistance, including product demonstrations and educational support.
- Assist the sales manager with data analysis, preparing sales presentations, and other sales-related tasks.
