Summary:
- Customer Service in logistic industry (Air & Sea)
- Basic salary up to $2400
- Location: Changi
- 5.25 days work week
- 9.00 - 6.00pm
- Entry level / Fresh grad are welcomed to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the customers / overseas agent by handling sales quotation and other inquiries for air
- Arrange air export booking with airlines
- Handle air export billing and invoice
- Liaise with operation team for shipment arrangement
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Basic computer skills (ie Microsoft Office)
