Job Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach, and support the implementation of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and IMEx principles and tools across all departments and ecosystems.
· Provide coaching to Continuous Improvement (CI) specialists/champions and OpEx specialists.
· Develop and ensure site-wide capability building on IMEx principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
· Lead or facilitate Lean or Six Sigma projects as assigned, in alignment with business needs, to enhance performance based on the Balanced Scorecard and achieve world-class standards according to external benchmarks (e.g., POBOS).
· Ensure goal alignment and consistent application of IMEx standards to drive results in safety, quality, supply, financial performance, and people management.
· Collaborate with the Site Leadership team on site strategy development, deployment of Standard Work (SW), and Structured Gemba practices across ecosystems.
· Provide leadership and guidance to site Yellow Belts (M1).
· Deliver OpEx orientation and Yellow Belt (M1) Root Cause Analysis training to colleagues across the site.
· Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the site and across the PGS network to leverage organizational learning, coordinating plant’s API’s participation in the Global IMEx Community of Practice.
· Work with the Regional Deployment Lead (DL) to ensure consistent application of IMEx principles.
· Coordinate the CI governance forum for the site to ensure uniformity across ecosystems.

Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 year of relevant operational excellence experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
