Job Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Manager in ensuring effective mall operations and maintenance.
- Prepare budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and oversee expenses.
- Coordinate Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities.
- Lead technicians and vendors while addressing feedback and service requests promptly.
- Serve on the Emergency Response and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) teams for risk assessments and safety audits.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities, or Estate Management.
- Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, systematic problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and flexibility to work beyond standard hours.
- Open to learning and potential lateral movements between asset classes based on business needs.
