Position Summary:
- The role is responsible to support the marketing team in the coordination, planning and execution of marketing events and activities. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional team.
Job Duties:
- Organize marketing events and webinars, working in collaboration with Regional Marketing Managers
- Coordinate logistics, such as catering, exhibition booth displays, venue booking, and transportation.
- Preparation of shipping documents,invoices and customs declaration documentations, etc.
- Monitor and maintain marketing materials inventory list.
- Provide administrative support to the AMEA Marketing Team.
- Develop e-invitations for marketing events and webinars.
- Provide support for marketing and digital analytics, ROI of events.
- Manage and co-ordinate programmes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree and above
- At least 2-3 years experience in event organisation and management
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
