Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users .
Provide basic infrastructure or network troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Install, configure, and update software applications, desktops, laptops, TV, Meeting Room bookings and peripherals.
Create and maintain accurate IT documentation
Review and maintain IT contracts with vendors
Review all software licences and provide periodic updates & recommendations.
Plan and provide a table of report on upcoming licences renewals and ensuring the accounts are done correctly and on-time.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking.
Review need of IT requisition from users and obtain approval from user’s department head .
Procure, manage, and maintain office IT equipment and cabling to meet agreed standards.
Conduct periodic system audits and ensure IT systems meet security and compliance standards .
Assist with office infrastructure setup and maintenance, including firewalls, access points, printers, and workstations.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS; familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software is essential.
Experienced in using and supporting Microsoft 365, MS Teams and Sharepoint support.
Be self-reliant and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and IT team.
Exhibit excellent teamwork skills and adapt to company’s culture and practices.
Maintain a high standard of work and adhere to service timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement in the IT support processes and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
