Responsibilities
- Assembly, testing, and maintenance of mechanical, electronic, or automated equipment.
- Adhere to operational protocols to ensure quality control and proper functionality of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers to diagnose malfunctions and enhance system performance.
- Assist in documenting testing procedures and results.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, complying with workplace safety standards.
- Conduct wafer testing on the wafer platform according to the schedule.
- Perform die testing on the die platform as scheduled.
- Execute die sorting on the sorting platform based on the timeline provided.
- Uphold and manage 6S standards within the Fab environment.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year relevant experience
- Proficiency in handling mechanical, electronic, or automated equipment.
- Singaporean only
