  • Company shuttle services available from Seng Kang, Tampines, Bedok, Woodlands, and Yishun

Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment of all pending items
  • Log all material shortages into the Pacer System accurately
  • Monitor vendor deliveries, address shortages, and verify order availability
  • Collaborate with the planning team to identify, evaluate, and implement material solutions supporting the production schedule
  • Promote supplier performance evaluations to achieve desired standards in pricing, quality, delivery, and support services
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for engine manufacturing by managing active Work-In-Progress (WIP) and monitoring aging Finished Goods (FG) and WIP
  • Conduct component utilization analyses and develop action plans to maintain stock levels based on current usage trends (Reorder Point/Reorder Level)
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve issues related to defective parts (DR reports) and reconcile invoice discrepancies (DFM)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives

Job Entry Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Expereience with relevant procurement experience is a plus
  • Experience within the Aerospace or Defense industries is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure setting
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for creative problem-solving, proposal development, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities to work effectively in cross-functional and international business environments, driving supplier performance reviews and enhancements
  • Team-oriented mindset with high performance standards to meet company goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI
