JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, updating databases, and handling HR documents
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting new employee orientation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with HR policies, benefits, and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping HR records updated and maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance skills and career development
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support performance management processes, including managing employee evaluations and assisting with performance improvement plans
- Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and HR system upgrades
- Help organize company events, team-building activities, and other engagement initiatives
- Assist with other HR tasks as required, providing support to the HR team to meet departmental goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
