JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage and monitor social media accounts to enhance engagement and follower growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create eye-catching marketing materials
- Assist in organizing promotional events, including logistics and vendor coordination
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key metrics
- Manage and update the company website with relevant content and promotions
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Maintain and grow the organization’s brand image through consistent messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
