JOB DESCRIPTION·
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance workflow and productivity
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation for management review
- Support inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members to operational protocols
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage ad hoc projects and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
