JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and scheduling meetings
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases for easy access and accuracy
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Handle travel arrangements, reimbursements, and basic financial records
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
- Support event planning, team activities, and ad hoc projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all tasks
- Participate in training sessions to develop professional skills and expand your role
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
