JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from internal and external sources for analysis
- Create reports and dashboards to help teams track performance and make informed decisions
- Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure data quality
- Support the automation of routine reporting processes for increased efficiency
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to support business goals
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain data management systems
- Stay informed on financial market trends and adapt datasets for relevance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection policies
- Provide ad-hoc data support to teams working on projects or campaigns
- Participate in training sessions to build skills in financial analytics tools and technologies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
