Regional Marketing Manager APAC

This Global Marketing Manager role will be a member of the Roche Information Solutions Go-To-Market Marketing and Global Customer Programs team and report to the Channel Marketing & Operations lead.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of our digital business and the APAC market to successfully make an impact. In this role you will act as the marketing regional engagement manager for the APAC region and bring back the voice of the customer and affiliate into the global marketing organization.

Your role will be to drive activation of our global marketing programs and campaigns through strategic partnership with the local marketing and sales teams. We are looking for candidates who have these skills: Strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, Analytics skill, adaptability and leadership.

You will be responsible to:

Enablement and Communication:

  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment between global, regional, and local marketing teams. Champion the knowledge and understanding of the RIS - Affiliate PLCF
  • Lead and facilitates enablement sessions and workshops to enhance local teams’ understanding and utilization of marketing assets within key commercial programs, including but not limited to solution selling, cybersecurity and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the APAC region.
  • Act as a liaison between global marketing and local affiliate teams, ensuring alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with product teams to support the commercialization of products in the APAC region.
  • Establishes sustainable ways of working with the APAC regional teams

Performance Tracking of RIS Campaigns:

  • Establish and track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, from lead generation to contract signing, working with local teams to elevate the importance of lead management
  • Enable global marketing partners and campaign leaders to receive key tracking metrics that are required for campaign success
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the success of initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Pricing and Competitive Programs:

  • Support the implementation of pricing models in collaboration with global and regional pricing teams within Roche SMP system
  • Monitor and analyze competitive programs, providing insights and recommendations to local teams.
  • Travel 30% required

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on activation and enablement.
  • Proven experience working in a global or regional role, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, pricing, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, SMP platform).

Specialist knowledge:

  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of APAC market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Multilingual capabilities, especially in key APAC languages.

Leadership Skills:

You are also responsible for building, and then providing effective matrix-leadership for a global team. Doing so in a manner that is consistent with the Roche Values and leadership capabilities. You will seek to inspire and lead your global team to create transformative solutions, and to influence their prioritization and uptake in the wider organization, in order to ensure that customer solutions are at the forefront of RIS Go-To-Market Marketing and Global Customer Programs and deliver its optimal contribution to the Roche Diagnostics Vision.
